We are a Federal Government Agency within the Nigerian Financial Services Sector and require interested companies to submit Pre-qualification documents for the provision of Security Services at its headquarters in Abuja.

Expectation

The Security Firm in view must be one with state-of-the-art facilities and well educated personnel that could provide adequate security services to a fairly large organization.

Pre-Qualification Requirement

  1. Evidence of registration with CAC
  2. Evidence of tax payment and VAT remittances for the last three (3) years
  3. Testimony of financial capacity from a Bank
  4. Full company profile detailing experience in provision of security services to an organization
  5. Qualifications and individual experience of key staff
  6. List of main working tools to underline capacity to deliver service efficiently and effectively.

Preamble:

In compliance with the requirements of the procurement Acts 2007 on the procurement of goods and Services by the Federal Government Ministries and Parastatals, The Nigeria Police Force wish to pre-qualify competent/qualified companies that wish to tender for the various Capital/Recurrent Projects in the Nigeria Police Force in the year 2010 Appropriation Act. The Project is as state below:

  1. A. Pre-qualification Requirements:
  2. Bidders to indicate interest in the procurement of EOD equipment as stated.
  3. Submission of valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation.

  • C. Submission and Opening of Pre-qualification Documents:

Submission of pre-qualification document commence on Monday 26th July 2010 should reach the Nigeria Police Force on or before12:00pm of 8th August, 2010, while the bid shall be opened at 1:00pm of same day and same venue. Bidders or their representatives are strongly advised to be present.
