Invitation for Pre-Qualification

The Buji local Government hereby invites reputable contractors with cognate experience to apply for pre-qualification as potential contractors for the award of contract for construction on surface dress road of 5.5 km length.

Location: Sagu-Gwadayi

Requirement for Pre-Qualification

To qualify for pre-qualification contractors are required to summit copy of profile containing the below mentioned documents:

1. Copy of Certificate of incorporation with corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of Financial Capability.
3. Evidence of the registration with Due Process and Project Monitoring Bureau Jigawa State.
4. Evidence of availability of relevant equipments and technical capacity.
5. Evidence of VAT Registration.
6. Evidence of Work done with evidence of award of completion.
7. Evidence of three years tax clearance.

Submission

The completed documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to reach the Office of the Director Planning Research and statistics (secretary of the tender board) Buji local Government, Jigawa State on or before 12^th August, 2010. Only qualified contractors will be invited to tender for project.
