Invitation for Pre-Qualification

The Dawakin Tofa Local Government Authority is hereby inviting pre-qualification Bids from suitably qualified and reputable contractors/company for the following contracts to be awarded:

1. Construction of Dawanau to Danguguwa road.
2. Construction of Jalli Basic Health clinic.
3. Construction of Drainage from Islamic Centre to Rarin village in Dawakin Tofa
4. Construction of Drainage in Dungurawa town.
5. Completion of Yanshado Juma’at Prayer masjid.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Evidence of incorporation with corporate affairs commission.
2. Registration with state works registration board in relevant category.
3. Company’s audited account for three (3) years.
4. Evidence of tax clearance for three years.
5. Evidence of financial capability and or banking support.
6. Experience and technical qualification of key personnel.
7. Equipment, plant and technology capability.
8. Annual turnover.
9. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
10. Local resource utilization.
11. Community and social responsibility support.
12. Any additional information that the contractor may deem relevant to convince the authority for the award of the contract.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

Prospective contractors/companies should forward their pre-qualification documents to the Director Personnel Management (DPM) D/Tofa Local Government, on or before 12^th August, 2010.

Conditions

This advertisement for prequalification shall not be considered as contract award, nor, it entitled any contractor/company to make any claim and or seek an indemnity whatsoever from the Local Government by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
