The Government of Borno State plans to provide accreditation facilities/materials to all the seven tertiary institutions In the State funded in the 2010 capital budget.

Interested contractors and required to submit the following pre-qualification documents for consideration to qualify:

  • Copy of evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
  • Evidence of registration with Borno State Government
  • Evidence of updated registration with the college concerned;
  • Copy of Tax clearance for 3 years (2007-2009)
  • Evidence of  capability to carryout contract (manpower, equipments owned etc.);
  • Verifiable list of similar jobs successfully executed with their locations including copies of letters of award and completion certificates;
  • Evidence of financial capability of Bank support.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), a United Nations Agency is seeking the services of Organizations to conduct of a research into the roots causes of gender based violence and assessment of repertory centres in Nigeria. UNFPA therefore invites interested organizations with expertise in conducting training in particular gender based violence to complete the prequalification application form and submit it together with the under-listed documents for consideration;

  1. Organization profile with evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Audited Reports for at least the past 3 years.
  2. Details of previous training experience particularly in gender issues.
  3. Composition of the proposed study team for the study with inclusion of at least the CVs of the Lead consultant (s), Project manager and Financial/administrative officer This prequalification must be provided for organizations to qualify for the next stage of submission of tenders,
  4. Organizations are also required to complete a supplier Registration form in addition to the information requested from (a c) above

The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) hereby invites expression of interest from qualified and reputable educational consultants for the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme for her registered teachers.

Scope of Work

Interested consultants are requested to make proposals for the provision of the following services:

LOT1:         Leadership Capacity Building Workshop for Registered Teachers in Tertiary institutions in Nigeria,

LOT2:         Leadership Capacity Building Workshop for Registered Teachers in Basic and Senior Secondary School Education in Nigeria.

Qualification/Experience of Consultant

A.      Legal status:

  1. Evidence of Incorporation of company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  2. Company Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
  3. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances
  4. Evidence of registration with relevant regulatory bodies.
  5. The bidders shall show evidence of registration and up-to-date remittance of employee pension fund contribution.

B.      Experience/Technical qualification of key personnel:

List of Technical and Managerial staff of the firm together with their academic and professional qualifications and work experience i.e. curriculum vitae, Registration with relevant professional bodies.

C.      Training Plan:

  1. Work plan and capacity to carry out the training indicating similar experiences of the firm.
  2. The methodology for providing the services
  3. The time frame for providing the services

D.      Company Profile:

Company Profile and Organizational structure, including names, resumes telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of key officers,

E.      Financial Capability

  • Reference letter from a reliable/strong bank,
  • Audited Account of the firm for the last three (3) years.
  • Statement of consent to allow for the verification of the financial standing with the bank.

Submission of Tender/Proposal

The Zamfara state Government in collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria represented by the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Millennium Development Goals wishes to undertake the execution of additional projects approved under the 2009 MDGs Conditional Grant Scheme

  10. Knowledge of Local Environment.

Contractors who have had contracts revoked in the state for whatever reason in the last three [3] years need not apply.
