Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Provision of Accreditation Materials/Facilities
Introduction:
The Government of Borno State plans to provide accreditation facilities/materials to all the seven tertiary institutions In the State funded in the 2010 capital budget.

Lot 1 – Construction of a block of a six (6) Compartment VIP Toilet
Lot 2- supply of Computers (Laptop and Desktop) Lot
Lot 3- supply of Office Stationeries and Books
College of Education Waka Biu
Lot 1- Construction of a Mini Department Library
Lot 2- Construction of Architectural Drawing room/Lab.
Lot 3- Supply of equipments, materials and chemicals for physics, physical health, chemistry, biology and integrated science laboratories
Lot 4- Renovation of Geography Laboratory
Kashim Ibrahim College of Education Maiduguri
Lot 1- Construction of Gymnasium
Lot 2- Renovation of Agric. Science and Biology Lab.
Lot 3- Supply of equipments/materials for Education Technology department and other subjects.
Mohammed Goni College of Legal and Islamic Studies Maiduguri

Lot 3- Supply of Computers/Accessories and Generating set

Lot 3- Supply of Technical Computer, shorthand and labs equipment

Lot 2- Renovation of Expansion of Laboratories
Lot 3- Supply of Computers, Technical Education tools. Equipments for Sports, Geography Departments.
Interested contractors and required to submit the following pre-qualification documents for consideration to qualify:
- Copy of evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of registration with Borno State Government
- Evidence of updated registration with the college concerned;
- Copy of Tax clearance for 3 years (2007-2009)
- Evidence of capability to carryout contract (manpower, equipments owned etc.);
- Verifiable list of similar jobs successfully executed with their locations including copies of letters of award and completion certificates;
- Evidence of financial capability of Bank support.
