Invitation for pre qualification
For bids/tender
We are a Federal Government Agency within the Nigerian Financial Services Sector and require interested companies to submit Pre-qualification documents for the provision of Security Services at its headquarters in Abuja.
Expectation
The Security Firm in view must be one with state-of-the-art facilities and well educated personnel that could provide adequate security services to a fairly large organization.
Pre-Qualification Requirement
- Evidence of registration with CAC
- Evidence of tax payment and VAT remittances for the last three (3) years
- Testimony of financial capacity from a Bank
- Full company profile detailing experience in provision of security services to an organization
- Qualifications and individual experience of key staff
- List of main working tools to underline capacity to deliver service efficiently and effectively.

All submissions in a sealed envelope should be sent to:

And marked on top; “SECURITY SERVICES MANAGEMENT” must reach us on or before (12.00 noon) 12th August 2010.
Please Note:
- The Agency is not obliged to award any contract to any applicant
- All documents (from relevant Agencies like CAC, FIRS, Financial Institutions etc) shall be subject to verification by the committee
- Only companies that have been successfully screened and found competent will have their tenders considered.

- Time: 12.30pm.
