1. Procurement of 1358Nos of Assorted Text Books and 396 Nos. Journal

2. Library software (KOHA) installation and Training

3. Internet service provider (ISP) for 1 year

6. Library Equipments

2.0 All interested bidders are to:

i) Pay a non-refundable fee of N20,00

ii) Collect tender documents from the procurement unit on presentation of the payment receipt for non-refundable tender fee.

3.0 The areas to be covered are indicated in the tender documents.

4.0 The completed tender documents should be accompanied by the following documents

ii) Evidence of registration with Borno State Government as Contractor and Ministry of Higher Education

iii) Tax clearance certificate for last 3 years

iv) Company VAT registration certificate

v) Company profile and qualifications of some key officers of the organisation

vi) A letter of ability to perform from your bankers

vii) Letter of guarantee insurance bond

viii) Evidence of similar job executed, e.g. certificate of practical completion of projects undertaken

6. The programme will run in the six geo-political zones of the country simultaneously. The essence of the training is to help participants adequately adjust to the challenges of retirement, have personal understanding of financial planning, manage their health and help them to appreciate types of business opportunities that are open to them.
