Therefore, eligible contractors are hereby invited for pre-qualifications to tender for under listed projects.

The Ijero Local Government of Ekiti State, Nigeria has proposed to undertake the construction of Modern Market at Ijero Ekiti.

 

Reputable firms interested in the construction of the project should send in their bid/tender for the construction of the project

 

Requirements:

Tenderers are required to submit their proposal with the following requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection.

 

Mandatory (without which the firm will be disqualified):

i.        Evidence of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

ii.      Evidence of Professional license to execute a construction of such magnitude.

iii.     Evidence of payment of tax by the firm for the last three (3 years) as at when due.

iv.     Evidence of payment of overhead tax and development levy by the CEO of the company in Ekiti State, Nigeria for the last three (3 years)

v.      Evidence of registration of Business Premises in Ekiti State Nigeria.

vi.     Six (6) months bank statements and reference letter from the bank

vii.    List of verifiable documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs not less than N10,000,000:00 successfully executed within the last 3 years including their letters awards, completion certificate and relevant certificates of valuation where the job(s) are on – going.

viii.    Sworn Affidavit that;

–  The Company is not bankrupt

– The Company does not have Directors convicted by any court in Nigeria or other countries for any criminal offence in relation to fraud of financial impropriety.

 

Tender Procedure

Tenderers are required to pay in sum of One Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira (N140,000:00) only to Ijero Local Government.

Tenderers are required to submit separate sealed pre-qualification and financial bids. The pre-qualification documents should be neatly bound and submitted separately in a sealed envelope boldly marked at the top left hand corner “Pre-qualification”. Financial Bid should also be neatly bound and submitted separately in another envelop, sealed and clearly, marked at the top left hand corner “Financial bids for……………” The job for which the tender is submitted should be

clearly indicated on the envelope (e.g. Financial Bids for supply of Belts).

 

Both the pre-qualification and financial tender documents should be addressed to The Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, National Headquarters, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja and to deposit same in the Tenders Board Secretariat Nigeria Security a Civil Defence Corps, Zone 5, Abuja. 1.0    Background

 

The Lagos State Government (LASG) in pursuance of its infrastructure assets maintenance and management plan seeks a facility management service provider with experience in managing public assets that can demonstrate significant reduction in the cost of operating the facility while maintaining and improving the quality and level of service.

 

In compliance with international best practices, LASG is keen of instituting a structured process of facility management at the historic Lagos City Hall.

 

Accordingly, the Office of Facility Management and Maintenance (OFMM) hereby invite EOI submissions from interested and competent contractors.

 

2.0     Project Scope

 

Though not all-inclusive, the following description of requirements should be used as a guideline describing the minimum of the maintenance services which will be required of the contractor:

3.1     Legal Status and Profile

 

  • Full name of company and contact person, postal address, telephone/fax numbers, and e-mail addresses.
  • Staff strength as well as list showing cadres and experience of staff with emphasis adequate skills.
  • Ownership structure including name(s) of partners’ and quantum of their respective interests in the business.
  • Business name or company registration.
  • Current Tax Clearance-Certificate for the last three (3) years.
  • Evidence of Registration with State Consultancy Board/State Tenders Board in appropriate Category of Consultant/Contractor.

 

3.1.   Relevant Experience

 

Provide evidence of previous experience in carrying out similar projects, including the following details:

  • Brief description
  • Clients
  • Scope of Work
  • Contract value
