Invitation for Tender
In its effort to follow the footstep of the state government under the able leadership of Dr. Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO in modernizing Kano, the Kibiya local government has intended to execute some development projects in the nook and crannies of the area,. Therefore, eligible contractors are hereby invited for pre-qualifications to tender for under listed projects.
Projects
1. Construction of Drainage Line -Kahu
2. Construction of Five Daily Prayers Mosques at Shike, Kuluki, Tarunu, Agiri, Fammar, Kadigawa, Chalbo, Bacha.
3. Procurement of Toyota Hilux
4. Obstruction of Classroom Block at GGSS Fammar, Charki, Chambi, Gidal, Chabara, Bacha
5. Construction of Slaughter House -Kibiya
6. Construction of Pit Laterine -H/Centre Kibiya
7. Construction of Veterinary Clinic -Kibiya, Shike
8. Procurement of Teaching and Agric Extension Materials
9. Renovation of Classroom Blocks -Kure, Chabara
10. Procurement of Electrical Materials -Transformers/Poles
11. Construction of Boreholes (Hand Pump) FASSI, K/KURNA, K/Malamai, Kibiya, Chalbo, Bacha, Kekuwa, Nariya, Durba, Fammar, Kahu, Tarai etc.
Pre Qualification Requirements
01. Certificate of Incorporation
02. Registration with State Works Reg. Board
03. Company Audited Account for 3 years
04. Evidence of Tax Clearance for 3 years
05. Evidence of financial capability/Banking support
06. Experience & Technical qualification of key personnel
07. Record of previous projects executed & evidence of knowledge of the industry
08. Equipments, plants & Technology capacity
09. Annual tune over
10. Evidence of settlement of payee & other withholding tax
11. VAT Registration & evidence of past vat remittances
12. Any other document that will enhance your competency and reliability
Submission of Documents
All eligible contractors/companies must submit their pre-qualification documents in sealed envelopes and boldly marked Tender for the Construction of (Name of the Project) and should forward it to office of the H.O.D PRS KIBIYA Local Government Kano State to reach (PRS) office on or before 9th July 2013.
