2.      All tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:

  • Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission;
  • Evidence of registration with the Works Registration Office of the Ministry of Works, for the year 2010;
  • Evidence of payment of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) to Ondo State Government Treasury as Tender fee for LOT 1-LOT3);
  • Evidence of payment of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) to the Ondo Stale Government Treasury as Tender Fee for LOT 4-LOT 10;
  • Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 2007,2008 and 2009;
  • Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development Levy (2008,2009 and 2010).

2.  Interested bidders are to check for details concerning each LOT from the Office of the Director, Finance and Administration, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Akure before submitting their bids.

3.      Completed tenders in respect of each LOT should be submitted is sealed envelope, marked at the left-hand as “Tender for LOT.” addressed to:

Tenders are hereby invited from suitable and qualified contractors for the Building of 2 Nos. High Court Complex in Ankpa and Obangede respectively.

Mode of Applying

Tenders are to forward two (2) sealed copies of Tenders to the Secretary to High Court Tenders Board, Lokoja. This should be submitted on or before 1st September 2010 to the address indicated below, on or before 12:00noon prompt on 1st September, 2010.

Request for Expression of interest (EOI)

This request for Expression of Interest (EOI) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in the Development Gateway Market Web Site and appeared in Development Business, issue no. 725 of 30th day of April. 2008.

The Kaduna State Government has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP 1) in Kaduna State and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Consultancy Services for the Recruitment of Technical Assistant on Transport Infrastructure/ Engineering at the SPIU. This assignment is to provide Technical assistance in the implementation of the Project Transport Infrastructure/ Engineering within RAMP to facilitate the achievement of the project development objective (PDO) which is to improve road access for rural communities in Kaduna State and assist to manage the State road assets in a sustainable manner,. The duration of this assignment shall be for a period of two year renewable based on performance.

The implementing agency, the State Project implementation Unit (SPIU) on behalf of Kaduna State Ministry of Work and Transport, now invites eligible individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CVs description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc).

The consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, published in May 2004 edition revised October 2006.
