Invitation to Tender
Tenders are hereby invited from interested contractors for the
Execution of the following jobs:
LOT 1- Asphalt Overlaying of Estate Roads at Sunshine Garden Estate, Oba-Ile
LOT 2- Electrification of Estate Roads at Sunshine Garden Estate, Oba-Ile
LOT 3- Supply and Installation of 2 Nos Transformers at Ilado Road, Residential Estate Phase I and II
LOT 4- Construction of 2 Nos Single Box Culverts at Oda Road Estate Akure
LOT 5- Construction of 2 Nos Twin Box Culverts at Oda Road Estate Akure
LOT 6- Renovation of Nigerian Legion Council Building (Quarter 61) Alagbaka, Akure
LOT 7- Restructuring of Open Floor space as office accommodation for the newly recruited officers
LOT 8- Re-roofing, renovation and furnishing of the Hon. State Commissioner for Lands and Housing’s Office
LOT 9- Renovation and furnishing of the Permanent Secretary’s Office
LOT 10- Purchase of Survey Equipment
2. All tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:
- Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Evidence of registration with the Works Registration Office of the Ministry of Works, for the year 2010;
- Evidence of payment of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) to Ondo State Government Treasury as Tender fee for LOT 1-LOT3);
- Evidence of payment of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) to the Ondo Stale Government Treasury as Tender Fee for LOT 4-LOT 10;
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 2007,2008 and 2009;
- Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development Levy (2008,2009 and 2010).
2. Interested bidders are to check for details concerning each LOT from the Office of the Director, Finance and Administration, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Akure before submitting their bids.
3. Completed tenders in respect of each LOT should be submitted is sealed envelope, marked at the left-hand as “Tender for LOT.” addressed to:

Akure.
