Invitation to Tender
Tenders are hereby invited from suitable and qualified contractors for the Building of 2 Nos. High Court Complex in Ankpa and Obangede respectively.
Mode of Applying
Tenders are to forward two (2) sealed copies of Tenders to the Secretary to High Court Tenders Board, Lokoja. This should be submitted on or before 1st September 2010 to the address indicated below, on or before 12:00noon prompt on 1st September, 2010.
Tender Fees
Tenders are to pay a non-refundable fee of fifty thousand naira only (N50, 000.00).
Payment of Fees
Fees shall be payable to High Court of Justice Tender Board Account, Zenith Bank Plc, Lokoja. Applicants are advised to present evidence of payment to the Bank to the Secretary to High Court Tender Board, to enable them collect Tenders Document,
Conditions of Eligibility
- Evidence of Company’s Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission,
- Company’s current tax clearance for the last 3 years.
- Company’s VAT registration certificate
- Contractor’s Bank Evidence
- Evidence of previous similar projects accomplished and to show letter of Awards and Practical completion certificates (at least three).
- Evidence of company registration with High Court of Justice through the Secretary to High Court Tender Board.
- Evidence of audited account of the Company.
- Annual Turnover of the company,
- Original document of items (a), (b), and (e) must be produced for sighting.
Tenders shall be opened in the presence of applicants or their agents by 12noon prompt on 1st September, 2010 at the High Court of Justice Headquarters, Lokoja,
