Qualification for Bidding

Interested Companies must show evidence of the following:

  1. Incorporation with the CAC (attach copy);
  2. Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years;
  3. Value Added Tax certificate (VAT);
  4. Payment of Tender fees.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State invites competent and reputable firms/Companies to apply for pre-qualification for Management of Ebonyi Rice City Hotel.

Method of Application

Application should be submitted with the following documents for assessment:

  1. Evidence of certificate of incorporation as a company in Nigeria Issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  2. Evidence of audited account of the company for the test three (3) years.
  3. Evidence of tax clearance for three (3) years.
  4. Evidence of VAT and Past remittances,
  5. Evidence of financial capability which shall Include bank reference and most recent bank statement

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

All documents must be submitted to the Permanent Secretary in triplicate and in a sealed and waxed envelope clearly marked with the name of the hotel at the top left hand side of the envelope. All application should reach the Permanent Secretary on or before 29th July, 2013

 

The pre-qualification bid shall be opened at 12noon on 2nd August, 2013 in the Conference Hall of the Ministry.

In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Federal Polytechnic Offa invites interested, reputable and established competent CONTRACTORS to submit pre- qualification documents to express interest for the under listed projects:

Original documents should be available for sighting on demand during or after the opening of pre-qualification document;

The completed pre-qualification documents must be in sealed separate envelopes for each lot. The lot should be clearly indicated on the top left corner of the envelope and the name of the company indicated at the other side j of the envelope.

  5. Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012);
  6. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (2010,2011,2012) showing annual turnover;
  7. Evidence of VAT registration and remittances;
  8. Evidence of Experience with similar jobs in the last five years including letters of award of contracts, contract sum(s), and completion certificates;
  9. Evidence of Financial Capability and banking support;
  10. Company profile with CVs of key personnel and their professional qualifications;

  12. Bidders for road construction work must be registered with COREN;

 

3.     Collection of Tender Documents

Tender Documents are obtainable from The Procurement Officer, National Centre for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM), Ilorin after payment of non-refundable tender fees of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) only per lot.

 

4.           Submission of Tender Documents

The completed tender documents must be submitted in three (3) copies each; including one (1) original and two (2) copies in 2 separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Technical” and “Financial” and both sealed in a third envelope marked with the appropriate project title and lot number at the top right hand corner and delivered to the address below not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 21st August, 2013.
