1.       Kogi State Government intends to renovate the State Sub-Treasury and Revenue Office at Dekina.

 

2.       Interested Bidders are required to submit quotations along with the following documents:

 

  1. Registration with CAC
  2. Company Profile Personnel and Equipments
  3. Evidence of Similar Works executed
  4. Evidence of Audited Account for the last 3 years
  5. Tax Clearance for the last three years (2009, 2010 & 2011)
  6. Evidence   of Registration with   Ministry of Works and Transport and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development
  7. Reference letter from a Capitalized Bank
  8. Evidence of payment of Non-refundable fee

 

 

3.  Tenders are required to accompany the sealed document with non refundable tender fees of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) only and payable to Government Revenue Account, Bank: First Bank Plc. Lokoja, Name: Kogi State IGR, Account No: 2017770110; obtain receipt before submitting the document to the office of the Secretary Ministerial Tenders Committee not later than 29th November, 2012.

1.       Contractors interested in bidding for the construction of proposed Accountant General Office, Imo State are hereby invited to express interest for assessment

 

2.       Interested contractors are required to submit one bound copy of company profile containing the following documents:

(i)      Certificate of incorporation by Corporate Affairs Commission.

(ii)     Detailed of verifiable office address, profile of technical/professional staff, equipment at the company’s disposal, etc.
