Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies to submit the following documents

  • Evidence of incorporation and registration with CAC.
  • Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
  • VAT Registration Certificate.
  • Two copies of Audited Accounts for the past three years which must bear the stamp and seal of the audit firm.
  • Evidence of compliance with the pension Act.
  • Evidence of payment of Training Contributions to the Industrial Training Fund
  • Evidence of compliance with NSITF Employee Compensation Act
  • Detailed company profile, including evidence of technical competence curriculum Vitae of professional staff indicating then academic and professional certification.
  • Evidence of similar contract executed backed with verifiable letters of award and or certificate of Job completion
  • Evidence of financial capability supported with letter of reference from a reputable bank and bank Statements for the last six months.
  • Interested firms must not submit bids for more than two lots and shall submit only one bid for one lot.
  • Every submission shall be accompanied with an affidavit that all information and Documents submitted are true and correct and that no officer of the Commission is a former or present director, shareholder or has pecuniary interest in the bidder
  • Only the technically qualified Firms will be invited for the financial bid opening.

Collection of Tender Document

Prospective bidders are required to collect detailed tender document from the Procurement Department on the second floor at the Commission’s head office at the address below, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N30.000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira per Lot) issued in bank draft in favour of Nigerian Communications Commission.

Submission of Documents

The Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Invitation To Tender-lot No…….” on the top right hand corner with the name of the company written on the reverse side of the envelope and addressed to:

Thereafter, the Technical proposals shall be opened publicly on the same venue. Members of the Public and independent observers are hereby invited.

ADDENDUM

Our earlier advert on page 20 in the Federal Tenders Journal of Monday July, 29 -Sunday August l1, 2013 and other media inviting interested bidders/contractors to participate in the tendering process is being adjusted as follows:

Interested Bidders are requested to pick the Tender document at Room 332, after payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Naira) only as against the N20, 000.00 earlier published; and obtain a receipt from the Agency’s cash office.

  • All payments should be made in favour of National Orientation Agency’s Overhead Account at Zenith Bank, Account No: 1011835342.

Submission: Technical and Financial documents should be packaged in separate sealed envelopes and labelled “Technical and Financial” respectively with the Lot number boldly written on the top right hand corner of each envelope.

Closing: Closing date for submission of bids will now be at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 24th September, 2013.

Bid Opening: Technical bids will be opened immediately after closing of submissions on Tuesday 24th September, 2013.

All other conditions and requirement in the original advert remain valid.

xi.      Any other relevant Information that will be of help in determining the Firm’s suitability for the job.

Federal Government College Rubochi intends to carry out construction and Rehabilitation as part of its Capital Project for year 2013. The Projects include:

1.       Construction of Principal’s Quarters

2.       Rehabilitation of 1 no. block of six classrooms and office blocks building.

Tendering Requirements:

Interest and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above listed jobs are required to submit the following documents:

The Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria is desirous of engaging the services of competent and highly organized   Travel   Agents   to   undertake   the management of its travels (foreign) and other related services.

 

For this purpose, we hereby invite eligible agencies to apply for Pre-qualification for Engagement as Travel Agents.

 

Pre-Qualification Requirements

The pre – qualification documents should include the following:

 

a)     Certificate of Incorporation as a company in Nigeria issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

b)    Audited Account for the last three years duly stamped by licensed Auditors

c)     Current    Tax Clearance   Certificate   and   VAT registration certificate.

d)    Evidence of financial capability i.e. sound capital base

e)     Evidence      of   registration/certification with International Air Transport Association el (IATA)

f)      Affidavit of particulars of Company’s Directors

g)     Documentary       evidence describing similar assignments with verifiable proof, including years of experience.

h)    Company’s     profile/visible     location,    certified personnel and applicable IT support.

i)       Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension reform Act, 2004.

j)       Any other relevant information.

 

Submission of Pre-Qualification Document

Two copies each of the above documents should be addressed to. The HOD (Administration), Plot 272, Samuel Adesujo Ademulegun Street, CBD, Abuja)

On or before 9th September, 2013 with the envelope marked: “Expression of Interest as a Travel Agent”.  Thereafter; those   pre-qualified shall submit their requests for proposal to act as travel agents within four (4) weeks.

 

Note: Only shortlisted travel agents shall proceed to the next phase of the qualification and engagement i.e request for proposal
