The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation intends to undertake the following procurements and so is inviting interested and reputable companies to submit technical and financial bids.

LOT 1:    Baseline Survey of Twenty Five (25) Local Government Areas (Nigeria side) Bordering the Republic of Cameroun.

Scope of work:
To find out the benefit of the project as, it effects the countries.

  • ”    Ascertain and document the projects/activities in Border Region
  • ”    Forward proposals detailing survey objectives, methodology, mode of data collections and analysis, expected results and the benefits of the study
  • ”    Determine the ownership of the projects
  • ”    Workout the cost construct of construction of the project
  • ”    Propose the construction of new project required

LOT 2:    Baseline survey of Twenty Three (23) Local Government Areas (Nigeria side) Bordering the Republic of Benin
Scope of work same as in LOT 1 above

LOT 3:     Electronic Registry System: Development of File, Memorandum and Letters Tracking System, to be Design and Developed using Oracle 11g backend engine: Oracle Form 10/11 Front end interface

To include Supply and deployment of:

  • ”    Digitization and establishment of Database of All previous FEC Documents;

Qualifications/Requirements:
All interested companies are required to submit the following document;

  • ”    Copy of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
  • ”    Copy of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
  • ”    Copy of VAT Registration Certificate inclusive of TIN
  • ”    Evidence of compliance with the Pension Act Provisions on Staff Pension Schemes.
  • ”    CV’s including e-mail address of Key personnel including photocopies  of  relevant professional Certificates where applicable
  • ”    List of any verifiable and similar jobs done within the last three (3) years of being currently handed with contract sums not less than N5m
  • ”    Evidence of working capital of not less than N5,000.000 00
  • ”    Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the OSGF or  BPP is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary Interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particular; and
  • ”    Bid security of 2% of bid price,

Submission
The technical and financial tender bid documents should upon completion, be submitted simultaneously but in separate envelopes indicating the full title Lots applied for and submitted to the Secretary, OSGF Tenders Board, Room IB 6.22 on the 6th Floor of Tower B, of the Federal Secretariat. Complex, Phase 1, Abuja. Deadline for submission shall be Monday, 20th September, 2010 and the contractors or their representatives are invited to witness the opening of the bids immediately after the deadline.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for the Construction of Shopping Complex(s) at Kwara Kusar and Wandali Towns

    • A. Preamble

      The Kwara Kusar Local Government Council intends to construct fifteen numbers (15 Nos) each of shopping complex at Kwaya and Wandali Towns.

        • Pre-Qualification

          Prospective contractors are expected to be reputable and technically competent with tract records performance on similar project.

          All pre-qualification documents shall be subjected to strict technical evaluation.

          Interested contractors are invited to submit the following pre-qualification document.

          1. Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
          2. Registration with the relevant State Ministry of Works and the Kwaya Kusar Local Government Council.
          3. Evidence of Current tax clearance certificate for last three years 2007, 2008, and 2009 respectively.
          4. Audited account for the last three years 2007, 2008, and 2009 and VAT registration and evidence past remittances is required.
          5. Experience/technical qualification and experience of key personnel (Company profile, curriculum vitae and credentials).
          6. Evidence of financial capability and banking support, Bank Reference and recent statement of Account.
          7. Similar project executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry that is award letter of projects executed completion certificate and photographs must be attached as evidence.
            • Collection of Tender

              Interested bidders can collect (tender) bidding documents from the office of the treasurer on the presentation of receipts of payment of a non refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) to the treasury department of the Local Government Council.

                • Submission of Completed Pre-Qualification/Tender Documents

                  Pre-qualification, (Tender bids) the prequalification (tender bid) documents must be submitted along side with the (technical bids) documents in separate sealed envelope marked tender for construction of shopping complex, at either Kwaya or Wandali town, and delivered to the treasury office Kwaya Kusar Local Government Area, Borno State, on or before 21st September, 2010, by 12:00 noon.

                  Opening of Bids

                  The documents will be appended thirty minutes later 12:30pm. On the closing date in the councils chamber. All technical bids will be evaluated on the spot and only the bids of the companies who are advised to be present at the opening of the bids.

                  1. This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for the project that appeared in Development Business. Issues No. 591 of 2nd July, 2007
                  2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the international Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Science and technology Education Post basic (STEP – B) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Science and Technical Equipment, Chemicals, Textbooks and instructional Materials
                  3. The Science and Technology Education post Basic (STEP – B) Project, Federal Government Girl’s College Yola now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of the Following:

                    3. Evidence of registration with appropriate/relevant Government Agency
                    4. List of Verifiable  documentary evidence of similar jobs successfully executed within the last three years.
                    5. sworn affidavit that none of the Directors of the Company had ever been convicted by any court law.   A margin of preference for certain goods manufacturer domestically shall not be applied, Additional details are provided in the bidding documents
                    6. a complete set of documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N10. 000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only.)                     1. Federal Government College Anka intends to carry out the under listed 2010 approved capital projects.
                    2. Bid documents for 2010 capital project are ready, therefore interested contractors are invited to purchase, fill and return them together with all the under listed information about their companies.
