Invitation of Bids
- Federal Government College Anka intends to carry out the under listed 2010 approved capital projects.
- Bid documents for 2010 capital project are ready, therefore interested contractors are invited to purchase, fill and return them together with all the under listed information about their companies.
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Tax Clearance Receipt / Certificate for the last three (3) years.
- VAT Certificate.
- Company profile including qualification and individual experience of key staff.
- Evidence of similar jobs executed including copies of letters of award and practical completion certificate.
- Evidence of financial capability and Banking support.
- All duly completed bidding documents should be submitted on or before 12 noon on 21st September, 2010.
- The tender processing fees will be Bank draft to Federal Government College Anka.
- Any bid submitted after the expiry date or time stated above stands disqualified.
- The bids opening session shall be at 12 noon on the date of close of the submission. Representative of bidders are expected to be present during the exercise.
