Interested reputable Civil Engineering Companies are hereby requested to submit their pre-qualification documents, which shall include:-

  • Company Tax clearance for the past three years.
  • Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs commission.
  • Company profile including names of directors, qualifications, and experience inhandling these types of projects, company staff and equipment,
  • Veritable list of similar projects executive in the past three years,
  • Evidence of financial capability to handle such project,
  • Current Registration Certificate as a contractor with the Borno State government
  • Any other relevant information that be of advantage to your company
  • Manufacturers authorization

Method of Application

(a)  Pre-qualification documents are to be purchased upon payment of the Prescribed Tender Fee of N250,000 from the Directorate of Planning, Research State Ministry of Works (HQ) Musa Usman Secretariat, Maiduguri.

(b) Returns of pre-qualification documents are to be made to the Secretary Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Works (HQ) Musa Secretariat P.M.B 1044, Maiduguri,  on or before 4th March 2011.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

a)     The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of two copies per LOT in a wax-sealed envelope to be addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. The envelopes should be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project/LOT name of the contract boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender Box in the Office of the REGISTRAR, not later than 3rd March, 2011.

b)    Names of pre-qualified Contractors will be published on the Notice Board of the University

c)     Only pre-qualified Companies will be invited for technical and Commercial bidding
