Pre-Qualification Requirements:

  1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  2. Evidence of qualified technical and professional staff.
  3. Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
  4. Evidence of similar jobs/services being currently undertaken.
  5. Bank reference.  Each application must be accompanied with a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00
  6. Mode of payment is by a bank draft drawn in favor of Werkmeister Facility Managers Limited

Submission of Application Forms:

Contractors must submit the pre-qualification package in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the category reference number and delivered to the address not later than 12noon on February 28th, 2011.
