Preambles:

In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 (as amended) the Management of Geregu Power Plc wishes to notify the General public on its need to procure Goods and services in 2011 fiscal year. The procurement of these Goods and services are to be funded from year 2011 Federal Government Appropriation, the Multi Year Tariff Order (MYTO) and internally Generated Revenue (IGR). The company wishes to invited interested, competent, reputable and qualified contractors to tender in respect of its approved projects under the 2011 procurement exercise.

Tender Requirements:

All bids must be accompanied with the following:

1.       A copy of certificate of incorporation/Business Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria.

2.       Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years  in case of a Nigeria company. Originals to be produced for sighting.

3.       Value Added Tax Registration Certificate (VAT) and Tax Identification Number.

4.       Company profile including, among others, organizational structure and key professional staff, relevant manufacturing capacity; copy of company and equipment brochure should be submitted alongside bids.

5.       Evidence of having successfully done similar work/supply services and respective location in the past

6.       Evidence of financial capacity (please submit company’s Audited Financial Statement in the last one year)

7.       Detailed list of equipment owned/to be hired by the company for work.

8.       Sworn affidavit affirming that information being provided by bidders is correct.

9.       Any other relevant information that will place the bidder on a comparative advantage over others.

Important Information

1.       All documents submitted will be subjected to verification from the relevant agencies

2.       Only technically qualified companies will be allowed to participate in the competitive tender.

3.       Bids can only be submitted within working hours

4.       This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Geregu Power Plc not shall it entitle responding bidders to seek any indemnity from the station by virtue of such bidder having responded to this advertisement.

5.       Late submission will not be entertained.

Collection of the Tender Document

Interested Contractors are to pay a non refundable fee of N50,000.00 to the Finance and Accounts Department as pre-requisite for collect of Tender Documents. Tendering Documents will be collected by hand from the  PROCURMENT DEPARTMENT.

Consequently, the Federal Ministry of Power invites tender for the supply of 4Nos Field Test Vans- 4WD, Air Conditioned (Double Cabin), petrol Engine, Aluminum Van Canopy with each Van fitted with the following field Test Equipment:

a).      Primary Current Injection Test Set with associated cables

b.       60KV Dielectric Oil Test set

c).      100KV Oil Test Set Calibration Meter

d).     Digital Low Resistance Ohmmeter

e).      portable Appliance Tester with Flash Test

f)       Digital Earth Leakage Clampmeter

g).      Dual Display Digital Multimeter

h).     2.5KVA Generator

Pre-Qualification/Tender Requirement

2.       Eligible suppliers are to support their bids with the following documents/Information

Invitation for Expression of Interest in Consultancy Services for ETF 2010 Special Intervention Projects

Preamble: College of Education, Afaha Nsit, Akwa Ibom State, hereby invites interested and competent consultancy firms, with necessary expertise, to express interest in planning and designing the construction of school buildings to be funded by Education Trust Fund (ETF) through the Special Intervention Project 2010. Those who had applied earlier need not reapply.

Requirements: Interested consulting firms are expected to submit a formal application accompanied by the following documents in four (4) spiral-bound copies:

  • Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  • Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
  • Evidence of having carried out similar projects; stating name of client, location of project, contract sum and photocopy of evidence of engagement (letter of award of engagement).
  • Evidence of registration of the firm and key personnel with relevant professional bodies (ARCOM, COREN, QSRBN, and others).
  • Evidence of compliance with the provision of Pension Reform Act 2004.
  • Letter from Consulting Firm authorizing the College of Education, Afaha Nsit, to Verify all submissions.

The processing attracts no fee. Hence, those who had paid earlier should present of payment at the Bursary for a refund.

Original copies of documents listed will be required for sighting during the opening session;. All companies will be assessed strictly on proof of documents submitted to back up their claim.
