Introduction

In line with the Debt Management Office’s commitment to excellence in the delivery of its statutory functions, the DMO wishes to acquire new Computers and IT Equipment to further boost its operations. Consequently, the DMO hereby invites qualified and interested IT firms to tender for the supply of Computers and IT Equipment.

 

Description of Work

Supply/Installation of Servers, Desktops, UPS, Stabilizers, Laptops, Network Equipment, Printers, FM200 Data Centre Equipment, and Scanners.

 

Technical Requirements:

a)       Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission

 

b)      Copy of Tax Clearance Certificates for the past three years

 

c)       Company profile, which include CVs of key personnel

 

d)      Copy of VAT Certificate and evidence of remittances

 

e)       Company’s audited financial reports for the last three years

 

f)       Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully done in the past three years

 

g)       Evidence of proven competence in the following IT Infrastructure implementation; FM 200 Data Centre Fire Suppression System Design and implementation, UPS and Power Stabilizer Installation, Microsoft Exchange  Configurations, Mail Server Configurations and CSDRMS database Configurations

Submission of Documents

4.       Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB), a procedure specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

 

5.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further informal from National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructures (NASENI) Headquarters, Abuja at the address below and inspect the Bidding Documents from 9:00an 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.

 

6.       Qualifications requirements include:

  • Documentary Evidence of two contracts of similar nature and magnitude during the last five (5) years
  • Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital.
  • A Manufacturer’s Authorization for equipment not produced by the company.
  • A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not be applied.   Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

 

7.  A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a non of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only or USD100.00. The method of payment will be cash or bank draft in favor of National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructures (NASENI), Headquarters Abuja. The Bidding Documents will be collected by the representative of the Bidder or by courier services paid by the bidder on request.

 

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at on or before Monday, 17th October 2011 by 2:00pm. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. We invite eligible organizations to indicate their interest in providing vehicle repair and maintenance services for its fleet of vehicles.

 

The Society for Family Health has one hundred and sixty six (166) vehicles in eighteen (18) locations within Nigeria. These vehicles comprise a range of Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Ford brands, with saloon and lour wheel drive models of these vehicles.

 

Services required are categorized into two Lots:

Lot 1. Vehicle repair and maintenance

Interested organizations should provide documentary evidence of

  • Ability to provide and use census information to the smallest unit (Enumeration Area)
  • Practical experience in sampling design and procedures for large scale surveys in Nigeria
  • Understanding of public health issues in Nigeria.
  • Ability to co-facilitate in the training of field staff including cartographers and field supervisors on sampling procedures.
  • Ability to select list of localities (Urban/Rural), select clusters and the listing of the households.

As part of the executive of its 2011 capita; appropriation the National Broadcasting Commission, headquarters Abuja intends to undertake the procurement of goods, works and services in the lots listed below, interested contracting firms are hereby invited to submit bids for the following projects.

2.       Scope of Work

 

A. Supply and installation of broadcast monitoring facilities that can independently simultaneously and on a continuous basis record broadcast signals as well as display these signals as picture in picture at four spots per monitor.

 

B. Building and equipping of zonal offices.

4.       Requirements

Interested contracting firms are hereby required to submit their firm’s profile which must include but not limited to the following documents.

I)       Evidence of incorporation of the company with Corporate Affaires Commission (CAC)

II)      Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate up to 2011

III)     VAT Certificate and Evidence of remittance to FIRS

IV)    Evidence of Pension Certificate

V)      Evidence of firm’s Corporate Registration with the appropriate professional body i.e. COREN

VI)    Details of staff strength including the curriculum vitae and profile of key staff

VII)   Details of previous design experience undertaken in the last five (5) years, including scope of the design and value

VIII)  Clear indication of Head office address

IX)    Audited accounts for the last three (3 years) up to 2011.

X)      Sworn affidavit that the firms is not bankrupt

XI)    Sworn affidavit that none of the directors of the company is an ex-convict or bankrupt.

XII)   Evidence of financial capacity and banking support (bank reference, recent statement of account).

XIII)  That at anytime the Commission discovers that the information submitted for pre-qualification is false, the Commission reserves the right to disqualify the company.

 

“Original documents mentioned in paragraphs 3(i) (iii) above must be produced for sitting at anytime requested before the completion of the procurement exercise.

 

Method of Application

All interested Contractors will be required to submit detailed technical and financial proposals in accordance with   standard request for proposed submission along with standard request for proposed submission along with their company profile. The Contractors is expected to pay a non-refunded financial bids fees of N20.000.00 only for each lot to the Commission using a bank draft addressed to the National Broadcasting Commission.

Opening of Bids

Collection and submission of bidding documents shall close by 12 noon Thursday 17th October, 2011 and opening of pre-qualification bid shall take place same day in NBC Board Room.
