The Borno State Government intends to renovate, upgrade and procure state of the arts medical equipment to selected General Hospitals and Comprehensive Health Centers in the three (3) Senatorial districts of the state.

 

In pursuant to this, invitation to Tender for these works and procurement is hereby invited from reputable and competent Building contractors and Medical Equipment manufacturers, representatives and suppliers as detailed below:

4.       Veritable list of similar projects executed in the past

three years.

5.       Evidence of financial capability to handle such project

6.       Current Registration Certificate as a contractor with the Borno State Government

7.       Manufacturer’s authorization.

8.       Any other relevant information that may be of advantage to your company.

 

Method of Application

(a)     Interested contractors and suppliers with the pre­requisite pre-qualification documents are to purchase the bid documents upon payments of the prescribed Tender Fee of N20,000.00 from the Department of Planning Res., Stat Ministry of Health, (HQ) Musa Usman Secretariat, Maiduguri.

 

(b)     Returns of pre-qualification and Bid documents are to be made to the Secretary Ministerial Tenders Board (MTB) Ministry of Health (HQ), Musa Usman Secretariat, P.M.B 1044, Maiduguri, and not later than 26th December, 2011

Invitation to Participate in the Pre-Qualification/ Tendering Exercise

The National Teachers’ Institute (NTI), Kaduna is inviting interested and qualified registered companies to submit Technical and Financial bids for the procurement of the following printing machines under the Tertiary Education Trust Funds (TETF) Project:

 

1.       Four Colour FAST 300 Web Printing Machine

2.       Modern 3 Knife Trimmer (WOLENBERG)

3.       Four Colour Speed Master Press (Sheet Fed Heidelberg)

4.       Polar 92 Cutting Machine (Heidelberg)

 

Prequalification Requirements;

Interested firms should submit their bids along with the documents mentioned hereinafter in separate sealed enve­lopes to the address indicated below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents may lead to the disqualification of the bid:

i.        Full detail of the Company’s profile

ii.       Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission

iii.      Tax Clearance Certificate for at least Three years

iv.      Evidence of similar job(s) executed in the past (with verifiable addresses)

v.       Organisational structure, available manpower with list of technical staff with their resumes

vi.      Evidence of financial capability/ Bonk Reference and Annual Turn Over of at least N50 Million Duly Stomped by the Bank.

vii.     Company audited accounts over the past three years

viii.    Evidence of Registration with Pensions Commission in compliance with provisions of Section 16(6) (d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 (PPA 2007)

ix.      Payment of non-refundable bidding fee of N30, 000.00  (Thirty Thousand Naira only) in Bank draft payable to the National Teachers’ institute, Kaduna.

x.       Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance

xi.      Evidence of current supply of printing machine to reputable

organisations.

xii.     Evidence of Registration with standard organisation of  Nigeria.

 

 

Selection Criteria

Consulting firms will be selected in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Act 2007 and Due Process mechanism.

 

Bid Presentation

Interested firms are to submit both Technical and Financial Proposals in sealed envelopes duly marked; “TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”. The proposals together with the documents earlier listed are to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes addressed to the: Director- General and Chief Executive, National Teachers’ Institute, Km 5 Kaduna-Zaria Road, P.M.B 2191, Kaduna. these documents are to be dropped in the Tender Box in the office of the Registrar. Bidder’s name, address and telephone numbers should be indicated on the reverse side of the envelope. Bidders are to ensure that they also sign the Submission Register in the Registrar’s office.

Scope:

The Project includes Construction of Dual Carriage way, provision of Drainage System and Street Lightening.

 

Collection of Tender Document:

Eligible Civil Engineering firms and Companies may apply for one or more of the Contracts and obtain between 12th -19th December, 2011. Pre p qualification/Tender documents from the Director, Civil and Mechanical Engineering at a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only per Contract Document.

 

Requirements:

The minimum requirement for qualification will be to have successfully carried out, as prime Contractor, at least two works of a nature and complexity equivalent to the proposed works during the last five years.

The Gombe State Government intends to construct Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park as proposed under the 2012 appropriation law.

 

The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Housing and Transport hereby invites interested qualified Consultants to Apply for Pre-qualification to tender for the preparation of Contract Documents including Quality Control Plan, Construction Programme Schedule, Health and Safety Plan e.t.c for Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park.

 

 

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Interested companies are to include the following in their application:-

1)      Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;

2)     Evidence of Registration with Gombe state Government as Contractors/ Consultants;

3)     Company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three(3) years;

Pre- qualification will be in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines for Due Process in Gombe state.

 

Submission of Bids

The documents must be accompanied with a Bank Draft of N25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) only Non-refundable fee in the name of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Transport Gombe State; in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pre-qualification Document for the Consultancy Services for Gombe Ultra Modern Mega Motor Park”. This is to be addressed to.

Invitation for Pre – Qualification for the Construction of Typical Faculty Complexes

Kano State Government intends to establish a second State University. The Ministry for Higher Education invites capable and competent contractors registered with the Federal Ministry of Works Or Kano State Works Registration Board in relevant category to submit pre-qualification documents to the Ministry.

 

2.       The project entails a complex consisting of a Faculty building Complex capable of accommodating 6 departments. The complex shall be of three (3) floors comprising the following:

 

a.       Central admin block for Principal Officers.

b.       5 Departments with Department Heads Offices.

c.       3 Lecture Theaters (500 seats capacity each).

d.       24 Lecture halls (120 seats capacity each)

e.       24 Laboratories/micro teaching rooms.

f.       150 Staff offices with 6 staff common rooms.

 

3.       The following pre-qualification requirements are needed:

a.       Evidence of incorporation or registration of business name:

4.       Pre-qualified companies will be required to pay tender fees at the Ministry of Finance before collection of tender documents from the Ministry for Higher Education.
