Invitation to Tender For the Production of 2013 Oyo State Calendars

The Oyo State government is desirous of engaging qualified, competent and experienced contractors to handle the Production of 2013 Oyo State Calendars.

2. The sample of the job is available in the Ministry for interested Contractors to see.

3. You are invited to bid for the production while complying with the following conditions:

i) Payment of Non-refundable fee of N20, 000, 00 to specified government account;

ii) Company profile including names, qualification and experience of key personnel;

iii) Evidence of Current registration with Oyo State Due Process Office as a contractor;

iv) Valid evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;

v) Copy of Audited account for the past three (3) years;

vi) Evidence of Tax Clearance certificate for three (3) years;

vii) Evidence of Registration of Business Premises for year 2012;

viii) Verifiable evidence of similar job done with reputable establishment;

ix) Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) directors of the company to date.

Interested Contractors are to obtain tender documents from the Assistant Director (Finance) Ministry of Information and Orientation, Secretariat, Ibadan upon payment of non-refundable fee of N20, 000.00 between 9am – 3pm from Monday 3^rd September to September Friday 14^th September, 201 2.

Completed bids should be submitted in sealed and waxed envelope to:

Secretariat,

Ibadan.

All tenders must be submitted not later than 12. Noon on 14^th September, 2012.

Please note that the ministry is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender.

Bids will be opened on Tuesday 18^th September, 2012 at the conference room, Cabinet Office, Office of the Executive Governor, secretariat, Ibadan.

Refer to the advertisement placed by the Management of FMC Azare on the above subject which appeared in Daily Trust and Nigerian Tribune Newspapers of Tuesday, 7th August, 2012 as well as Federal Tenders Journal, Volume 8 No. 17 calling on interested Contractors to submit Tender documents for the execution of 2012 Capital projects of FMC Azare.

The attention of all Bidding companies is hereby drawn to the Provisions of Section 6(l)-(3) of the Amended ITF Act, 2011 which stipulated that “Any supplier or contractor or consultant bidding or soliciting contract(s), business (es), goods and services from any Federal Government Ministry, Department and Agency (MDA) as well as commercial, industrial and private entities must fulfill obligations of his employees with respect to payment of his Training contributions”.

Consequently, all bidding companies for the 2012 Capital projects of FMC Azare are to abide by this provision and show proof of compliance with this Act in respect of payment of training contributions to their employees.

The Management regrets any inconvenience this information might have caused. Meanwhile, the date for the opening of the “Technical Bids” remains unchanged i.e. 18^th September, 2012.

(xii) Evidence from the Companies’ Bankers as to their financial capacity to undertake the project.

(xiii) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2009 2011).

(xiv) Evidence of VAT payment

(xv) Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)

(xvi) Evidence of National Pension Commission Compliance

(xvii) Evidence of qualified technical and professional staff,

(xviii) A comprehensive company profile to include verifiable key professional staff and evidence of financial capabilities, including Audited Accounts for the last three years,

(xix) Evidence of similar jobs being currently undertaken

(xx) Evidence of completion of similar jobs in the past.

D. Tender Documents

Tender document are obtainable in the school from August 30th, on the presentation of a photocopy and original receipt of non-refundable tender fee to Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000) only per project.

Closing of Submissions

Submission of tender closes on 13^th September, 2012 at 12noon. Tenders will be opened at 2pm same day.

Submission of Bids:

i. All bids are to be submitted sealed with WAX envelopes indicating the project and lot clearly stated without an indication of bidders identity whatsoever and addressed to the:

Benue State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (BERWASSA),

No 179 Ahmadu Way,

Old GRA Makurdi

ii. Enclose a photocopy of the receipt as evidence for the payment of the fee for bidding document

iii. Submit a bid security in Bank draft of an amount not less than 3% of the bid price,

iv. Submit a proposed work plan, methodology and logistics (including time of job completion)

4.0 Submission of Documents

The pre-qualification applications with all the required supporting documents, should be neatly packed, bound and forwarded in sealed envelopes and marked at the top left corner, for example Gbonyin Local Government Projects: Prequalification for the Projects Advertised

The company submitting the pre qualification and tender documents should write the name and mobile phone number of a contact person at the bottom left corner of the two envelopes. This will allow for prompt communication. The pre-qualification and tender documents must reach the, office of the Chairman not later than 17^th September, 2012 by 10.00am
