1.      Preamble

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory role invites   reputable Companies to Indicate interest to pre-qualify for the following projects:

3.       Pre-Qualification Requirements

Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following documents:

  1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C);
  2. Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2010 -2012);
  3. Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2010 -2012);
  4. Evidence of Financial capability and banking support;
  5. A detailed Company Profile showing list of professional staff and their experiences;
  6. Evidence of similar projects executed & knowledge of the Industry;
  7. Equipment & technical capability;
  8. Evidence of Annual Turnover;
  9. Evidence of VAT Registration & past VAT Remittances;
  10. Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance, confirming Company’s fulfillment of its statutory obligations to the Employee, with respect to pensions;
  11. Evidence of 1 % ITF Training Contribution;
  12. Telephone (GSM) number(s) of the Contractor/Company’s representative(s).

 

General Information

a)       For further enquiries, interested company representative should contact Director, Voter Registry, INEC headquarters, Maitama District, Abuja between the hours of 10.00 a.m and 4.00 p.m daily from Monday to Friday during the period covered by this advertisement.

b)      The closing date for submissions of the pre-qualification documents shall be on Monday, 23rd September, 2013 at 10.00 a.m, while opening of the prequalification documents will be on the same Monday 23rd September, 2013, at 12 noon.

c)       Only successful Companies from the pre-qualification exercise will be invited for bidding.

 

4.       Submissions

All submission should be delivered in one (1) no- neatly bound copy of sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre – Qualification for procurement of the items” (one Lot) as applicable and delivered to the Secretary, Independent National Electoral Commission, Plot 436 Zambezi Crescent, Maitama – Abuja.

Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Installation of Heavy Duty Multi Function Digital Photocopier

 

1.0     Introduction

The Budget Office of the Federation is inviting competent and interested companies to tender for the supply and installation of Heavy Duty Multifunction Digital photocopier towards the implementation of its 2013 Capital Budget.

 

Interested and reputable companies with deep, sufficient and relevant experience on copier machines, strong financial standing as well as good track records, are invited to tender for the supply and installation of the equipment specified hereafter.

 

2.0     Scope of Work

  1. Supply and installation of Heavy Duty Digital multifunction photocopier with production capacity of at least 125 pages per minute
  2. Configuration and enablement of all the features on the machine
  3. Training of key users in machine operation and to provide first-level support
  4. Provision of all users manuals and relevant documentations
  5. Evidence of OEM representative in Nigeria and evidence of capacity to provide after-sales support

 

3.0     Bid Eligibility:

All intending bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their bids:

  1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
  2. Tax Clearance and VAT Certificates for the last 3 years
  3. Comprehensive Company Profile
  4. Evidence of equipment and technical capacity
  5. Evidence of Similar Projects done in the last three years
  6. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM Act
  7. Audited Accounts of the last 3 years
  8. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project (Bank reference)
  9. Evidence of technical, operational and managerial capabilities to train at least 10 members of BOF on how to operate the machine.

 

4.0     Collection of Bid Documents

Interested companies are expected to collect tender documents at Budget Office of the Federation, Room 120 at the above address upon Payment of a non refundable fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) into account No.0022920464 at any branch of GT Bank. Treasury Receipt should thereafter be obtained from the CPO, Budget Office of the Federation, Federal Ministry of Finance, Abuja, and the receipt submitted with the tender documents.

 

5.0     Submission of Bid Documents

All completed tender documents (Technical & Financial) are to be submitted in separate and sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender for the Supply and Installation of Heavy Duty Digital Photocopier” at the left hand corner of the envelope to Room 120, Budget Office of the Federation on before 9th September, 2013.

 

6.0     Bid Opening

The bids will be opened at 12.00 noon at the same address on 9th September, 2013.

 

Note:

  1. Bids submitted after 12.00 noon of the opening day will not be accepted
  2. BOF shall reserve the right to verify the authenticity of claim(s) made by the tendering parties.
  3. BOF is not bound to accept the lowest bid as there will be technical and financial evaluations before acceptance
  4. All financial bids should be quoted in Naira (N)

In compliance with the Procurement Act regarding procurement and consultancy, the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA) invites Expressions of Interest from experienced consultants for the execution of the projects described below.

 

2.       Project Description

a.       National Survey of Depleted Uranium

NNRA has established and maintains a State System of Accounting For and Control of Nuclear Material Subject to Safeguards under the Agreement, between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the Additional Protocol to the Agreement.

 

In further compliance with Nigeria’s safeguards obligation to provide accounting reports to the IAEA and fully comply with Nigeria’s obligations contained in Article 2 of the Additional Protocol to the agreement, the NNRA is seeking to expand its information regarding the quantities, uses and locations of Depleted Uranium contained as shielding and account for all nuclear material and radioactive sources in Nigeria.

 

b.      Architectural Drawings of Headquarters and Zonal Offices

The NNRA is establishing Zonal Offices and intends to construct office buildings at the headquarters and the geopolitical zones. In this regard, architectural drawings of the buildings are required.

 

Consequent on the above, NNRA requires expressions of interest for the production of architectural drawings for both the NNRA headquarters building and zonal offices.

The Authority is also inviting Expression of Interest for External Legal Services

The Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Moor Plantation, Ibadan invites reputable contractors to pre-qualify for the under listed projects.
