TSHIP (Targeted States High Impact Projects) is a five-year program focused on the improvement of Health Systems and the Management of Health Systems for higher quality Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health, Family Planning, and Reproductive Health service delivery in Nigeria. TSHIP is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by a group of foreign and local non-governmental organizations consisting of John Snow Research & Training Institute. Inc. (JSI), Center for Development & Population Activities (CEDPA), Futures Group International LLC, JHPIEGO, and Management Strategies for Africa (MSA).

The Targeted States High Impact Project (TSHIP) Nigeria announces the following Request for Proposal

Title:

1.       Renovation/Improvement of 12 Health facilities in Bauchi State

2.       Supply of 110 delivery and New born resuscitation sets

3.       Family Planning Equipments kits for 37 Facilities

Please submit quotations between 8:00am to 5:30 pm on or before May 30th 2013. All vendors are to drop the quotation in the Tender Box, Marked TSHIP, placed in the security post area of TSHIP Bauchi office No.3 Emir Sulaiman Adamu Street, off Airport road, GRA, Bauchi State, Nigeria.

Notice for Expression of Interest

This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice of this project that appeared in Development Business WB4617-764/09 of November 12, 2004.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the International Development Association towards the cost of the Community and Social Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultancy services. The services include: Impact Evaluation of Community and Social Development Project.

The Federal Project Support Unit of the Community and Social Development Project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

The consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004 (revised October 2006).

(iv)    Evidence of payment of Development Levy for the last three years inclusive of 2013.

(v)     Evidence of Tax Clearance of the company for the past three years inclusive of current year.

(vi)    Tax clearance certificate of two Director of Company for the past three years; inclusive of the current year.

(vii)   Evidence of Payment of non-refundable tenders fee of N60,000.00 naira

(viii) VAT Registration and evidence of payment

(ix)    Company profile.

 

N.B:

(i)      A completed tender application should be accompanied with Bill of Quantities for the project

(ii)     Contractors with uncompleted on-going projects at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology need not apply.

(iii)    All information and applications should be submitted on or before 7th June 2013 and addressed to.

1.       Introduction

Pacesetter Transport Services (P.T.S.) formerly Trans City Transport Company (T.C.T.C.) is a provider of mass transit, goods handling and other logistics services. We are the operators of the Oyo State Mass Transit Bus (Ajumose Shuttle).

Interested and reputable contractors are hereby invited to apply for Ticket Dealership for our Intra-City Routes operation in the Zones listed below:

2.       Scope of Work

The work involves selling P.T.S. mass transit bus (Ajumose Shuttle) tickets in designated routes.

 

3.       Eligibility Requirements

Interested contractors are to provide the following as minimum requirements:

a.       Evidence of Incorporation of Company

b.       Tax clearance of 2 Directors of the Company for 3 years consecutively

c.       Evidence of registration of business premises with the Ministry of Trade & Investment of Oyo State.

d.       Certification of registration issued from the Due Process office, Oyo State,

e.       Evidence of payment of pre-qualification fee.

f.       A letter authorizing P.T.S. or her representative(s) to conduct due diligence on all document submitted.

g.       Completed Pre-qualification Evaluation Form.

 

4.       Pre-Qualification Evaluation Form

Interested Contractors are requested to visit www.pacesettertransport.com to download a pre-qualification evaluation form and pay a non-refundable processing fee of N20, 000.00 at the Finance Department of P.T.S. where an official receipt would be issued.

 

5.       Submission of Document

Completed document, which must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with title “Ticket Dealership” on the top-left hand corner and addressed to the Head, Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Affairs, should be submitted on or before 28th May 2013.
