Invitation for Pre-Qualification
1. Preamble
The State Universal Basic Education Board invites Pre-qualification tenders from reputable contractors with relevant working experience for the execution of U.B.E 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Quarter, 2012 intervention projects.
2. Scope of the Work
1st – 4th Quarter, 2012 (Primary & JSS) Projects
i. Construction & Renovation of classroom blocks.
ii. Construction of perimeter block work wall fences
iii. Drilling of Hand pumps with Boreholes
iv. Construction of computer & Science Laboratory rooms
v. Construction of staff quarters
vi. Provision of assorted school furniture
vii. Procurement of computers and accessories
viii. Procurement of ECCDE, sport & science laboratory materials and equipment.
2. To Qualify, Applicants must Present Evidence of the following Evidence of:
(i) Incorporation of company with (CAC).
(ii) Registration of company with State tenders Bound.
(iii) Current Tax Clearance /VAT certificate.
(iv) Financial capability of company/Audited Account.
(v) Plant/ Machinery available.
5. Submission of Application for Pre-Qualification
Application for pre-qualification shall be in sealed envelope, clearly marked “Pre-Qualification for UBE, 2012 projects” with area of interest indicated and addressed to:

Submission of bids is valid on or before 31st May 2013.
Note: Only pre-qualified applicants will be invited for tendering, please.
