EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR 2010 CAPITAL PROJECTS
National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu seeks to engage the services of Consultants in the following fields: Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, for 2010 Capital projects for construction of New Buildings in the Hospital.
Interested firms (preferably a consortium of the above listed professional) are invited to submit the under listed document with their letters of interest for consideration to be pre-qualified.
1. Evidence of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs commission
(C AC)
2. Tax Clearance Certificates for the last 3 years
3. VAT Certificate
4. Audited Accounts of firm for the past 3 years
5. List of key Professionals/ Partners/Firm/Consortium, and evidence of registration will relevant professional bodies
6. Company’s profile and current office address
7. Evidence of similar assignments conducted by Firm/Consortium
8. Evidence of Firm/Consortium’s Bankers as to its financial strength, creditworthiness and potency.
Please note that:
A) All costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the Expression of interest is to be borne entirely by Firm/Consortium
B) National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu reserves the right to reject any or all Expressions of interest and to terminate the entire selection at any time without any liability to the Hospital.
C) All document which must be acknowledge “received” shall be in ten(10) copies in a sealed envelope addressed to the “Medical Director, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu”
D) All documents are submitted in the office of the Head of Procurement, not later than 8th of July, 2010.
Pre-qualification document would be opened on 8th July, 2010.
