INVITATION FOR PRE-QUAUFICATION TO TENDER

Introduction:-

Kabo local government council wishes to invite interested and reputable contractors/companies for prequalification of the following projects:

1.       Electrification work at Sabon Garin Alfa, Baskore, Tola, Yanbawa, Balan, Zango and S/Riga villages

2.       Construction of 5 Nos Dispensaries

3.       Construction of 5 Nos Islamiyya classroom blocks

4.       Construction of primary school classroom blocks at Yanbawa

5.       Construction of Tarred Road Kabo-Dugabau town

6.       Construction of Drainage at KaboTown

7.       Construction of Tarred Road Sari Garin-Garo

8.       Rehabilitation and patching work on Kabo-Kanyi Tarred Road

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

i.        Company/Contractors profile

ii.       Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

iii.      Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years

iv.      Evidence of VAT registration & payments.

v.       Audited Account in the last 3 years

vi.      Evidence of Record of similar work done by Contractors or

Companies

vii.     Financial, Equipment and Technology capability

viii.    Local resource utilization

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Prospective contractors/companies should submit their documents, not later than 8^th of July, 2010.
