  1. This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for the Protect that appeared in the dg Market of December 9,2004,
  2. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Federal Capital Territory Administration Economic Reform and Governance Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Procurement of Project support ICT infrastructure  such as Switches, Panels, Cabling, Document and Electronic  voice communication systems
  3. The FCTA ERGP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for me supply and installation of the under listed items. The delivery period is 60 days from the date of contract signing.

Bidders may bid for any one or all lots

  1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Guidelines.
  2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between the hours of 0900 and 1600 (Monday – Friday) from:

  1. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Naira (N 10,000.00) payable by Bank Draft in favour of FCT ERGP Oceanic Bank Acct No: 1031301008262. The bidding document should be collected by hand from the project office of FCTA ERGP or can be forwarded to bidders by courier services on request
  2. Bids must be delivered to the Federal Capital Territory Administration. Economic Reform and Governance Project, Capital Road, Area 11. Garki, Abuja. On or before 12.00 Noon on August 25, 2010. They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders representatives, who choose to attended, at the address below. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3% of the bid price and shall remain valid for 30 days beyond the 90 days bid validity period. Late bids will be rejected,
