18. Construction of boreholes and Kits across the wards in the L.G. A Prospective contractors must satisfy the following pre-qualification criteria:
1. Evidence of incorporation by C. A.C
2. Company audited account for the last 3 years
3. Evidence for tax clearance for the last 3 years
4. VAT Registration and Evidence of VAT Remittance
5. Evidence of financial capability
6. Company’s profile, experience and works of similar nature
7. Registration with Kubau Local Govt contract Registration Certificate.
Interested bidders to pay a non refundable fee of N5, 000.00 to the Secretary, Due Process Committee of the Local Govt. and collect pre-qualification documents with effect from today 3rd May, 2013 and return same in sealed envelope marked “CONFIDENTIAL” on or before 9th May, 2013.
This advert should not be construe as a contract award or any commitment on the part of Kubau Local Govt nor should it be an entitlement for any contractor or company to make any claim whatsoever from the Local Govt. by virtue of having responded to this advert.
