Tender/Prequalification Requirements
All interested contractors are required to forward the following Documents along with the Financial Bids:
a) Evidence of Registration and incorporation by Affairs Commission (CAC) or Borno State Ministry of Commerce
b) Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as a contractor or supplier
c) Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
d) Evidence of Financial Capability
e) Company Profile
f) Experience
Collection of Tender Documents
The tender documents will be available for Collection by all interested Contractors/Suppliers upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N1 0,000 for each lot with effect from 12th May ,2010 in the Office of The Auditor General for Local Government
Tender Closing Date
The closing date for the submission of all tender documents has been fixed for Wednesday 26th May,201 0 at 1 0:00am prompt.
Tender Opening
All Contractors /suppliers that have submitted their bidding documents should come for opening at the Office of The Auditor General For Local Government on Wednesday 26th May 2010 by 2.00pm prompt.
