The Cross River State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consultancy services:
1. Engagement of consultants for Preliminary Survey/Design and preparation of BEME for Roads and Supervision
2. Engagement of Consultants for preliminary survey/Design and preparation pf BEME for Energy and Supervision
3. Technical Assistance and feasibility Study for testing and adoption of new Technologies for Cocoa, Rice and Palm Oil
4. Engagement of Consultants for the Development of Business Manuals for small and Medium Commercial Farms of the three value chain (Cocoa Rice and Palm Oil).
5. Engagement of Technical Consultants on Cocoa Rice and Palm Oil Value Chains
6. Engagement of Consultants for Beneficiary Assessment Activities
7. Engagement of Consultants for Market Facilitation and Business Development support.
The Cross River State Commercial Agriculture Development Project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing any of the services. Interested consultants (Firms or Individuals) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments experience in similar conditions and availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected under Consultant Qualification (CQ) in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 4.00pm, Thursday June 9th, 2011.
