Invitation to Tender

Tenders are hereby from qualified and interested contractors for the execution of the following jobs.

Lot 1: Electrification of new Housing Estate Oda, Road, Akure.

Lot 2: Asphalt overlaying of Estate Roads at Oda Road Housing Estate.

Lot 3: Renovation of Quarter 22 Alagbaka.

Lot 4: Renovation of Housing Board Department.

Lot 5: Renovation of Quarter 148 Poatson, Ala.

Lot 6: Renovation of Quarter 39 Alagbaka.

Lot 7: Renovation of Quarter 46Alagbaka.

Lot 8: Fumigation of Ministry of Works, Area Offices Ondo, Ikare, Owo,

Okitipupa.

Lot 9: Renovation/ Furnishing Building Department.

Lot 10: Renovation of Quarter 12 Alagbaka.

Lot 11: Fencing of Government House Grounds.

Lot 12: Renovation of Quarter of 32 Alagbaka.

Lot 13: Renovation of Quarter of 42 Alagbaka.

Lot 14: Renovation of Quarter of 35 Alagbaka.

All tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:

1. Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of registration with the Works Registration Board of the Ministry of Works for year 2010.
3. Evidence of payment of N20, 000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only to Ondo State Government Treasury as Tender Fees for LOT 1 to 2.
4. Evidence of payment of Ten thousand (N10, 000.00) naira only to Ondo State Government Treasury as Tender fees for LOTS 3 to 14.
5. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
6. Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development Levy for three (3) years (2008, 2009, 2010)

Interested bidders are to check for details concerning each Lot from the office of the Director of Finance and Administration, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Akure before submitting their bids.

Completed tenders should be submitted in sealed envelope, marked at the left hand as “Tender for LOT: …………,” addressed and forwarded to:

Office of the Governor, Akure.

On or before 4:00 pm on 26^th November, 2010.
