1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan from the African Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of HSDP (Health IV).
It is intended that part of the loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Renovation of MCH Clinics.
The Niger State Health Systems Development Project II (Health IV) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the renovation of MCH Clinics at Gbara, Salk a, Beji, Emirokokpan, Makunsidi, and Nykangbe.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 000:00 for one lot. Bidden intending to bid for more than one lot shall pay additional fee of N5, 000.00 for each lot. The method of payment will be Cash or Bank draft.
5. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12.00 Noon of 20 July 2010 and must be accompanied by a security as specified in the table above.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:30pm of Tuesday 20 July 2010.
