Introduction
Magumeri Local Government in its effort to provide people oriented Projects aimed at reducing general hardships faced by the Electorate, is intending to execute capital projects for 2011 second quarter viz;
1. Drilling of Borehole on second aquiter n.e. 300M
2. Rehabilitation of all existing Boreholes
3. Sinking of Cement Wells (10 Nos).
4. Construction of Health Clinic.
5. Construction of 2 blocks of Classrooms.
6. Drifting of Wash Boreholes/ Tube wells (15 Nos.) Upon the first aquifer n.e. 100m
Pre-Qualification Requirements
1. Evidence of incorporation or Registration with corporate Affairs.
2. Registration with State and Magumeri Local Government work Registration Board in relevant category.
3. Company audited account for 3 years.
4. Evidence of Tax Clearance of 3 Years.
5. Evidence of financial capacity and or Banking support
6. Experiences and technical qualification of key personnel
7. Record of previous projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry.
8. Equipments, plant and technology capacity.
9. Annual turnover
10. Evidence of settlement of PAYE and other withholding taxes
11. Evidence of VAT registration and past remittance
12. Local resources utilization
13. Community and social responsibility support
Submission of Pre-Qualification Document
All pre-qualification documents are to be submitted in sealed envelop clearly marked Pre-Qualification for the Proposed 2011 Capital Projects And address to:

PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS PERIOD
OPEN: 16th July, 2011
CLOSE: on 17th July, 2011
Collection of Tender Documents
Successful contractors will be duly informed and are expected to start collecting tender document on 18th July 2011 after payment of Non refundable tender fee of # 10,000:00 only in cash.
Bidding Process Period
1. Completed tender are to be submitted on or before 19th July. 2011
2. The bid will be opened on the 20th July, 2011.
NB This is not an invitation to tender, only pre-qualification contractors will be invited to tender for the project The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and shall not give any explanation.
