Ranger 4×4 Pick-Up Van

The Borno State Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs here by invites tenders from suitable qualified contactors/suppliers for the submission of qualification documents for the procurements of NEW FORD RANGER 4X4 PICK -UP VAN for security patrol across the Local Government Areas of the State.

Tender Documents
The tender document will be available for collection by all interested Contractors/Suppliers upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N30,000: 00 per set with effect from Monday 30th August, 2010 in the office of the Ag. Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. All completed tender documents should be accompanied with the following requirements:-

a.    Evidence of Registration and Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or Borno State Ministry of Commerce.
b.    Evidence of Registration with Borno State Government as contractor or supplier.
c.    Evidence of Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years,
d.    Evidence of financial capability.
e.    Company profile
f.    Experience.

Tender Closing Date
The cluing date for submission of all tender documents has been fixed for on or before Tuesday 6th September, 2010 at 10: am prompt.

Opening of Tender Documents
All Contractors/Companies that have submitted their bidding documents should come for the opening of the documents at the office of the Ag. Permanent Secretary on 6th September, 2010 at 2: pm prompt.
