Out Sourcing Of Security Services
To a Security Company
Introduction
The Kaduna State University is desirous of contracting out its security services to a reputable security company to secure its premises of business, residences of its staff and other areas of responsibility.
Specialization
The service provider must be resident in Kaduna State and must be a company with specialized knowledge in security and law enforcement in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Pre-Qualification Requirement
Interested companies are to comply with pre-qualification requirements as stated below to qualify for further consideration:
- Show evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Show evidence of remittance of tax for the past three years
- Clearly state the background of the company
- Enumerate the companies operational capability
- State number of years of operation and experience
- Show evidence of legal representation
- Propose and present operatives of between twenty five to thirty five years of age
- Propose and present operatives with not less than ND, NICE and HND
- Present comprehensive C. V. of each operative
- Relate the companies monitoring system
- Show the composition of Board and Management of the Company
- Mention the companies scope of service
- State the companies operational equipment/tools
- Express readiness to absorb the few number of security guards organic to the University now on ground and payment of their wages not below what they are being paid currently
General Information
- Prequalification submission is to be made in sealed envelopes clearly marked
- “Pre-Qualification for Appointment as a Security Company”
- Prequalification submissions are to be made to the office of the Registrar, Kaduna State University,
- Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna,
- On or before 30th August, 2010
Only prequalified respondents will be invited for interview.
