Invitation to Tender Construction of Office Annex

The Government House and Protocol Department hereby invites Tenders from reputable Contractors for the construction of Office Annex at the Government House Grounds.

Requirements for Tendering

Interested Contractors must submit the following documents along with their tenders:

• Certificate of incorporation/Registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Evidence of payment of 3 years Tax Clearance for 2007,2008 and 2009
• Evidence of payment of 3 years Development levy for 2008,2009 and 2010
• Registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works for 2010.
• Receipt of Payment of Tender fee of N10,000.00 and
• Company profile detailing Technical and Managerial competence as well as evidence of execution of similar projects in the past.

Interested bidders can obtain tender documents from the office of the Secretary, Government House and Protocol Department, Governor’s Office, Akure after showing evidence of payment of tender fee.

Duty completed tender documents must be enclosed in sealed, waxed envelope and ‘marked proposed Office Annex at the Government House Ground Akure”  on the left top corner of the envelope and addressed to;

The Secretary,

State Tenders Board,

Cabinet and Special Services Department,

Governor’s Office, Akure.

Submission Date: All Tenders must be submitted to the State Teneders Board Secretariat on or before 12 noon, 3^rd September, 2010.
