Invitation to Tender

 

1.       The Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) requests Tender from reliable Automobile Companies (particularly dealing with Toyota Products) for the supply of the following vehicles with these specifications:

 

(i)      Two (2nos.) Toyota Hilux – 4 WD, DC Petrol WAC, S/S. Radio SRS (Shell spec.)

(ii)     One (1no) Toyota Hiace – MD roof, Wide body, P WAC

(iii)    One (1no) Avensis -2.0 A/T Fabric with steel Rim

(iv)              One (1no) Corolla – 1.8 A/T Fabric seat, A BS Airbag CD with Alloy Wheel.

 

2.       Tender Qualifications:

(a)    Evidence of company’s certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

(b)    Evidence of Company’s Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement

(c)      Evidence of verification of previous supplies.

(d)     Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government

(e)      Tax Clearance certificate of at least 2 Directors (Limited Liability Companies) or die proprietor/partner) (Enterprises) for the last three years

(f)      Evidence of payment of Tender Fee

 

3.       Tender Fee:

Interested bidders will pay a sum of non-refundable fee of Fifty thousand naira (#50,000.00) only into Oyo Slate Government’s Account No 0121754507 at WEMA Bank, Ibadan.

 

4.       Bid documents, in wax envelopes marked OYSIEC/Vehicle/2013 addressed to the Chairman, Oyo State Tenders Board must be submitted from 25th March to 5th April, 2013 between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.00 pm daily with the evidence of payment to:

 

Cabinet Department,

Governor’s Office,

Secretariat, Ibadan.

 

5.       The bid documents shall be opened in the presence of all interested bidders on Wednesday 10th April, 20 13 at the above mentioned address by 11 .00 am. Note that any application submitted after 4.00pm on Friday 5th April, 2013 will not be considered. Also note that the Commission is not bound to accept the lowest bidder or give reason(s) for rejecting any tender.
