Invitation for Pre – Qualification
A. Introduction
The Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, At procurement act, 2007 wishes to invite interested and reputable contractors, manufacturers and suppliers with relevant qualifications to apply for pre-qualification for tender into approved projects in the 2013 capital Budget and MDGs
Description and Scope of Work
Lot A: Purchase of Teaching/ Learning Aid Equipment
Lot B: Replacement of Furniture/ Facilities in the Student Hostel
Lot C: Completion of Library Building
Lot D: Rehabilitation of Student Hostel
Lot E: Rehabilitation/Expansion of Waiting Hall
Lot F: Rehabilitation of Executive Hostel
Lot G: Re-construction of Toilet
Lot H: Landscaping of training units
B. Pre-Qualification Requirement
1. Evidence of company registration with corporate affairs Commission
2. Evidence of current tax clearance certificate
3. Evidence of VAT registration certificate
4. Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed
5. Company profile
6. Name, address of Bankers and letter of reference from Bank{s}
7. Evidence of compliance with pension act 2004
C. Submission of Pre-Qualification Document
A copy of pre-qualification documents should be appropriately prepared and dropped in the pre-qualification box in sealed envelope and marked at the top left corner “PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS OF INTEREST” and addressed to:

The Application must reach the above address not later than 11am on Thursday, 25th of April 2013
D. Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
Application received shall be publicly opened at 11.30 am same day of closing date in the centre’s premises.
Please note that formal tendering procedure will be provided only to contractors that have been successfully prequalified
