Invitation to Tender
The Ondo State Pension Board on behalf of Ondo State Government hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable contractor to submit tenders for the Construction of Ondo State Pension Board New Office Complex, Akure.
All tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:
- Evidence of registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works in appropriate categories for the year 2010.
- Evidence of payment of N20, 000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) to the Ondo State Government Treasury as tender fee for the Project.
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
- Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development Levy for three (3) years (2008, 2009 and 2010).
Interested bidders are to check for details concerning the project from the Office of the Secretary, Ondo State Pension Board, Akure before submitting their bids.
Completed tenders in respect of the project should be submitted in sealed marked at the left-hand as “Tender for the “Construction of the Ondo State Pensions Board New Office Complex” addressed to:

Governor’s Office,
Akure.
Kindly note that the closing date of submission of tender is Wednesday, 15th September, 2010, at 4:00pm.
The State Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular bid for the contract.
