Invitation to Tender
Tenders are hereby invited from competent contractors for the underlisted projects:
Lot I Upgrading of NYSC Orientation Camp, Ikare Akoko
Lot II Perimeter Fencing of NYSC Orientation Camp, Ikare-Akoko
Lot III Tarring of road network at NYSC Orientation Camp, Ikare-Akoko
Lot IV Supply of 1No Gang mower
Lot V Supply of Gymnastic materials
Tender papers are to be accompanied with the following documents:
- Evidence of incorporation of business.
- Evidence of registration with the works Registration Board of the Ministry of Works for year 2010.
- Evidence of payment of the sum of N20, 000.00 to the Ondo State Government Treasury as tender fees; for Lots I-III and N10, 000.00 for Lots IV and V.
- Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2007-2009).
- Evidence of payment of Ondo State Development fees for three years (2008- 2010); and
- Evidence of previous job done, if any.
Contracts specification, unpriced Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and evaluation can be obtained from the Office of the Director, Finance and Administration, of the Ministry.
Tender documents which should be in triplicate should lie waxed, scaled and marked at the left hand corner (LOT quoted for) and submitted to:

Cabinet and Special Services Department,
Governor’s Office, Akure.
Submission of tender will close at 12:00 noon on Monday 13th September, 2010 while late tenders will not be attended to, please.
