Job Title:
1. Construction of Laboratories, Class Room and Academic Staff Offices Complex for department of electrical engineering
PROJECT NO: KSUST/ALIERO/BOT-SP/ETF/10/01
2. The pre-qualification documents should include:
(i) Evidence of Registration with corporate Affairs commission
(ii) Company Tax clearance certificate the last three years and VAT Registration
(iii) Evidence of current registration with the University
(iv) Evidence of financial capability to execute this project. e.g. audited accounts for the last three (3) years and a letter of reference from their bankers.
(v) List of similar verifiable projects success fully executed by the company with the location letters of award and compilation certificates
(vi) List of managerial, technical and administrative staff of the company
(vii) Equipment and Technology capacity (where applicable)
(viii) Company annual turn over
NOTE: Contractors who have successfully executed any contract in the university will attract more advantage
4. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents and Bids
Pre-qualification documents must be in sealed separate envelopes and the names of the project for which documents are submitted should be marked clearly on the envelopes.
5. Pre-Qualification
Documents should be addressed to: The Registry, kebbi state University of Science and Technology, Aliero. P.M.B, 1144, Birnin Kebbi. Receipt
This should reach the undersigned on or before 7th April 2011
NOTE: This is not an invitation to tender; Only successfully pre-qualified contractors will be invited to purchase tender documents for the projects(s) of their choice.
