Invitation to Tender
The Raw Materials Research and Development Council wishes to draw attention of contractors that applied for Pre-qualification for its 2010 Budget Implementation to the list of Contractors Pre-qualified for bidding posted on its Website: www.rmrdc.gov.ng and on the Notice Board at the Headquarters Complex, Abuja.
Successful Contractors under the following Lots
Lot 1 (h) – Upgrading of Raw Materials Display Centre in the States
Lot 4 – Supply of Project and Utilities Vehicles.
Lot 5 (a) – Supply of Complete set of Computers and Laptops.
Lot 9 – Acquisition and Installation of Solar Energy Technology
Lot 10 – Renovation of Headquarters Building
Are hereby invited to collect Tender Bids documents with effect from 9th September 2010.
Please note that invitation to Tender for remaining Lots will be announced as the need arises.
Submission of Tender Documents
The Tender Documents shall be collected on presentation of Bank Teller after payment of non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10, 000, 00) per lot to RMRDC Internally Generated Account, No. 1420100225430204 with Eco Bank Plc. The Photocopies of the Bank teller must be included in the submission.
Completed documents are to be sealed and marked appropriately at the Top Right Corner of the envelope “Tender Documents for…..” and submitted in the Tenders Box at

Submission of all Documents must reach the above address on or before 12 noon on 30th September 2010. Tender Documents shall be opened at 2:00pm same day in the Committee Room of the Council.
All Bidders are expected to be present on the day and time of opening.

1. RMRDC reserves the right to reject any document it considers to be doubtful authenticity.
2. Late submission will not be entertained.
3. This notice shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the RMRDC to award any form of contract to any respondent nor shall it entitle any organization to claim any indemnity from the Council.

BUT, TO CAP IT ALL, despite his ugliness inside-out, is the lady marrying him in LOVE?
In summary, the outside is not an issue, the inside is the underline word and can be dealt with,money is just a driving factor and the public is entitle to their opinion, they are not the people marrying him.
