1.0 The National Hospital wishes to engage the services of qualified and reputable firms of Chartered Accountants for the Provision of External Audit Services.

Scope of Work

Auditing of the Hospital Financial Statements

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Interested firms are expected to have acquired ten years cognate Practical Audit Experience and appropriately listed in the Office of Auditor General of the Federation are required to submit the following documents with their written application:

  • Evidence of Professional Certification / Practice Licensing
  • Company Profile
  • Evidence of Previous Engagement
  • Tax clearance Certificate
  • VAT Certificate
  • Evidence of Employees Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA)

3.0     Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents:

3.1     All applications with relevant documents are to be submitted in a sealed 15” x 9.5” envelope marked appropriately at the left hand corner e.g. “Pre-Qualification for Audit Services” and addressed to:

1.0 The National Hospital, Abuja intends to execute the under-listed approved Capital Projects in the year 2011 and hereby invites competent and experienced Companies to apply for pre-qualification.

The Enugu State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consultancy services:

 

 

1.     Engagement of Consultants for Project “(CADP) Midterm Review.

2.     Engagement of Consultant for Preliminary Survey / Design for Road & Preparation of (BEME) and Supervision.

3.     Engagement of Consultant for Preliminary Survey / Design for Energy & Preparation of (BOQ) and Supervision.

4.     Engagement of Technical Consultants on Value Chain -Poultry, Maize & Fruit Trees.

5.     Technical Assistance and Feasibility Study for Testing and Adoption of New Technologies for the 3 Value Chains (Poultry, Maize & Fruit Trees).

6.     Consultancy (Technical Support) on Project Monitoring & Evaluation, Market Development and Community Mobilization.

7.     Engagement of Consultant Linkage on Quality Control, Packaging & Standardization of Poultry, Maize and Fruit Trees.

8.     Market Facilitation and Business Development Support.

9.     Consultant on Adoption of New Improved Technology under Poultry; Maize & Fruit Tree.

 

 

The Enugu State Commercial Agriculture Development Project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing any of these services. Interested consultants (Firms or Individuals) should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions and availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

 

 

A consultant will be selected under Consultant Qualification (CQ) Selection Method in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: for the Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition)   www.worldbank.org
