General Requirement

Interested and competent contractor wishing to undertake the renovation work must submit the following documents for verification:-

 

a)     Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.

b)    Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as and when due;

c)     Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact E-mail address, GSM Phone Number,

d)    Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past’

e)     Reference letter from Bank stating financial ability to carry out such service (s);

f)      Current company’s audited statement of account;

g)     Evidence of payment of training contributions to Industrial Training Fund (ITF)

h)    Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) Interested bidders should purchase the bidding documents at the office of the Permanent Secretary (Administration) Department, on payment of non-refundable N10,000.00 tenders fees in cash, between the working hours of 8:00a.m to 3.00p.m Mondays to Fridays, on or before 9th September, 2013.

 

Verification of Claims:

Please note that the Office of the Head of Service Jalingo reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by interested Contractors.

The Federal College of Education, Zaria wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable contractors/suppliers that the College would carry out procurement of the under-listed goods and works the TETFUND 2011/2012 Normal Intervention Project.

1.       Construction of Lecture Theatre.

2.       Furnishing of Lecture Theatre.

3.       Provision of Classroom Furniture.

4.       Provision of Furniture for Academic Staff Offices.

5.       Rehabilitation of Classrooms and Lecture Halls.

6.       Provision of Mercedes Benz Artego 1517 Tanker.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

Those interested in the Pre-qualification process are required to sublimit comprehensive information as follows:

a.       Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

b.       Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.

c.       Company Audited Account for last three years.

d.       Evidence of financial capability and banking support to undertake the project.

e.       Verifiable list and documentary evidence of similar jobs successfully executed with their locations within the last three years (include photocopies of letters of awards and practical completion certificates).

f.       List of key personnel to be involved in the project(s) stating their qualification and registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable (include photocopies of credentials).

g.       List of plans and equipment to be used for the project(s).

h.       Annual turn-over of the company.

i.        Evidence of compliance with requirements for pension Act. 2004.

j.        VAT registration and evidence of past- VAT remittances.

k.       Originals of documents (a and b) must be produced for sighting.

 

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents

The pre-qualification documents should be sealed in an envelope marked: “Pre-Qualification Document for…… (The particular project in respect of which pre-

qualification is sought must be clearly written at the back of the envelop). The sealed envelope should be addressed to:

Notes:

i.        All pre-qualification documents shall be rendered in English language and spiral bound.

3.       The National Programme for Food Security (NPFS) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Office Furniture and Equipment.

4.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the National Programme for Food Security (NPFS) office extension, No. 22, Panama Crescent, Maitama, Abuja.

5.       A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) in local currency or other freely convertible currency.

6.       The provisions in the Instruction to Bidders and In the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Documents: procurement of Goods.

The Rivers State Polytechnic Bori intends to execute her 2009 & 2010 (merged) Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Intervention in Library Development. The project is aimed at addressing the Institution’s need for library resources and infrastructure.

 

A.       Description

 

The project is:

  1. Procurement of metal store racks (8′ X 3′)

 

Details are available in the Office of the Institution’s Chief Librarian.

 

B.      Pre-Qualification Criteria

a)       Only Contractors with proven capability, relevant experience and good record of accomplishment would be considered to competitively tender for the project(s);

b)      Company profile and organizational structure including names and resumes of key personnel indicating their qualifications and experience;

c)       Verifiable list of previous/similar major works executed within the past 5 years and their locations;

d)      Evidence of incorporation and tax clearance for the last 3 years;

e)       Evidence of payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) and evidence of remittance;

f)       Evidence of registration with Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori;

g)       Evidence of financial strength, credit worthiness and solvency;

h)      Evidence of Company’s audited account for the last three years from a registered accounting firm;

i)       Evidence of contribution to the Industrial Training Fund;

 

C.       Collection of Pre-Qualification/Tender Documents

Interested contractors are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee (bank draft) of N50.000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) for the project at the Bursary Department of the Polytechnic. The Bank Draft for the processing fee should be made payable to Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori. Evidence of the payment will qualify the contractor(s) for collection of pre-qualification document from:
