1.0     Introduction:

The Nigeria Immigration Service under the ECOWAS/Spain Fund on Migration and Development invites suitable qualified and competent contractors for execution of the following job under the project “Passport to safe Migration” September, 2012 August, 2013.

 

2.0     Objective:

The aim is to produce an Informational and sensitization document to curb naivety and enable prospective and transiting Nigerian Migrant take informed decisions.

Requirement for Tendering:

3.1     Company Profile, evidence of registration with CAC, 3 years tax clearance, company tax identification number (TIN), VAT Registration certificate, evidence of past experience, evidence of registration with National Pension Commission, clearance letter from Industrial Training Fund (1TF), and any other additional information.

 

3.2     Bidders are expected to submit separate applications project code number after payment of a processing fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, and must be submitted on or before 5th April, 2013.

 

3.3     Bids should be submitted not later than 10:00am on 15th April, 2013, addressed to:

4.0     Opening

 

4.1     The-Technical and Financial Bids are to be publicly opened on the 15th April, 2013, and shall be conducted at the Conference Room, First Floor of the Service Headquarters, Sauka Abuja on 16th April, 2013 at 12:00pm. Bidders or their representatives and members of the public are invited to be present.

  1. Original copies of items of paragraph 3.1 must be presented for sighting before the date for the opening of the technical Bids
  2. The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board has received counterpart fund from both the Kwara State government and the UBEC/FGN for the 1st and 2nd Quarters 2012. The Board intends to utilize the fund for INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT of ECCDE Centres, Primary and Junior Secondary Schools across the 16 local Government Areas of the state.

 

Invitation is therefore extended to interested but reputable contractors to tender for the below listed UBE projects.

 

Lot1:          Construction of a Block of Two Classrooms with Office

 

 

Lot 2:         Remodeling/ Rehabilitation of a Block of Two Classrooms

 

 

Lot 3:         Provision of VIP Toilets with Deep-Well

 

 

LOT 4:       Provision of Pupils/Students Furniture:

 

  1. Fabrication and distribution of ECCDE Pupils Furniture
  2. Fabrication and distribution of PRIMARY Pupils Furniture
  3. Fabrication and distribution of JSS Students Furniture

 

Requirements:

Tenders are to submit along with their bids, the following:

(i)                Certificate of Incorporation in appropriate category.

(ii)             Evidence of registration with the Kwara State Ministry of Works.

(iii)           Evidence of payment of income tax for three (3) years

(iv)           Evidence of registration with the KWSUBEB

(v)             Evidence of previous works/ projects executed and the company Profile

(vi)           Payment of non-refundable fee of ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000) only.

In its continuous effort to enhance socio-economic activities of the State through provision of quality infrastructure, Kano State Government intends to carry out Road Construction Works under Contract for which this invitation for Pre-qualification/Tender is issued.

Requirements:

One of the requirements for qualification as provided in the Tender documents will be to have successfully carried out, as Prime Contractor, at least two works of a nature and complexity equivalent to the proposed works during the last five years.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender

 

The Imo State University, Owerri is to execute her Approved Special Tertiary Education Trust Fund Project 2012.

 

In view of the above, the University wishes to invite applications for Pre-Qualification to Tender from specialized and competent firms/contractors for civil engineering works

 

The contractor is expected to meet the following criteria to qualify for tender:

 

Pre-qualification Requirements:

i.        Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission

ii.       Evidence of Registration with Imo State University in the relevant category

iii.      Company Audit Account for 3 years.

iv.      Evidence of Tax clearance for 3 years

v.       Evidence of financial capability and Bank support

vi.      Experience/Technical Qualification and Experience of key personnel

vii.     Evidence of similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of industry.

The completed Pre-Qualification document must be spiral bound, sealed in an envelope and clearly marked Pre-Qualification to Tender and return to the Registrar, Imo State University not later than 28th March 2013.

 

All application will be opened same day in the presence of all the applicants or their representatives who are expected to be present.

 

Onlt the successful Pre-Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the competitive Tendering and will be required to submit his prequalification with the sum of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira). Successful Pre-qualified contractor will be required to Pay Tender Fees of N200, 000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) for the collection of contract documents. The University will not take any responsibility for any reason on account of any contractor or person tendering.
