Introduction

Federal Science and Technical College, Ijebu-Imusin intends to carry out construction works and procurement of Science and Technical equipment as part of its Capital Project for the year 2013

Scope of Works & Services

1. Lot 1 –    Construction of Hostel
2. Lot 2 –    Construction of Sick-bay
3. Lot 3 –    Construction of Single bay Workshop
4. Lot 4 –    Construction of a block of 2 laboratories
5. Lot 5 –    Renovation of College Dicing Hall

B.      Procurement

1.       Lot 6           –        Physics, dentistry, Biology equipment

2.       Lot 7           –        Plumbing & Blocklaying equipment

3.       Lot 8           –        Computer Craft equipment

4.       Lot 9           –        Furniture Craft equipment & Generator

5.       Lot 10         –       Business Studies and Electrical Craft equipment

6.       Lot  11        –        Agric Science equipment

7.       Lot 12         –        Catering Craft Equipment

Eligibility Criteria/Requirement

a.       Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

b.       Evidence of Tax clearance Certificate for three years

c.       Evidence of VAT registration Certificate

d.       Verifiable evidence of .similar jobs successfully executed by the firm including location, cost, letter of award and completion certificate

e.       Evidence of financial capabilities which should include statement of account and audits reports of the company assets and liabilities and bank’s support

f.       List of names of key personnel with professional qualification and experience

g.       Evidence of contribution to industrial training fund

h.       Evidence of compliance with Pension Act

Submission/Opening of Bids

Interested Contractors/Suppliers can pick-up bid documents at the office of the Principal, Federal Science and Technical College, Ijebu-Imusin from the date of this publication with a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 Bank Draft per lot. Bid submission closes by 11 a.m. and all bids shall be opened by 11: 30a.m. on Friday, 19^th July, 2013. All tender documents should be sealed and neatly marked with appropriate LOT number and addressed to:
