Invitation for Pre Qualification/Tender
The Federal University of Technology, Minna intends to undertake pre-qualification and tender exercises for the under listed LOTS.
Interested and reputable contractors are hereby invited to forward their documents for the purpose of PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER for the under listed projects:
LOT 1: Construction of Security Office Building Phase I
LOT 2: Construction of WASCAL Building
Pre-Qualification/Tender Requirements
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of Payment of Tax tor the last three (3) years as and when due
- Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact email address, GSM phone number(s)
- Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the last three (3) years
- Reference letter from Bank stating financial ability to carry out such Project
- Company’s audited financial statements for the past three (3) years
- Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer’s obligation to employees with respect to pensions
- Evidence of payment of training contributions to Industrial Training Fund
- VAT Registration Certificate and payment for the past three (3) years
- Evidence of compliance with the Employees Compensation Act (Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund)
- Any additional information that will enhance the potential of the company
Collection of Document:
Tender documents can be collected from the Cash Office, Senate Building, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna on payment of N25, 000:00 processing fee for each LOT.
Submission /Opening of documents
Tenders are required to submitted separately sealed Technical and Financial bids clearly marked with the name of the LOT on each envelope to: The Registrar, Federal University of Technology, P.M.B. 65, Minna, Niger State. Submission should be made on or before Monday, August 12th, 2013 by 12noon.
Documents shall be opened at 2.00pm on the same day, Monday, August 12th 2013 at the Senate Chamber, Senate Building, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna.
Please note that the University reserves the right to reject any or all submission. Nothing in the advert shall be construed as a commitment on the part of the University nor should it be an entitlement for Contractors or Company to make claim whatsoever by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
