INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER

Federal Character Commission invites suitable and reputable contractors to bid for the following project:-

Project 1.    FENCING OF STATE OFFICES LAND

(i)       Fencing of land for the Jigawa State office          – Lot 1

(ii)     Fencing of land for the Oyo State office               – Lot 2

(iii)    Fencing of land for the Zamfara State office        – Lot 3

(iv)    Fencing of land for the Anambra State office       – Lot 4

(v)     Fencing of land for the Abia State office              – Lot 5

Project 2. FURNISHING OF NEW STATE OFFICES

(Kwara; Taraba, Ekiti and Bayelsa)

(a)     Supply/Installation of Executive Furniture Items – Lot 1

(b)     Supply/Installation of Window Blinds                          – Lot 2

(c)      Supply/Installation of Office Equipment             – Lot 3

(d)     Supply/Installation of Office Furniture                – Lot 4

(e)      Supply/Installation of Settee/Centre Table           – Lot 5

Project 3.    COLLECTION OF ICT DATA & PROCESSING

i.        Acquisition of Capacity utilization and enhancement tool – Lot 1

ii.       Maintenance of IT equipment    – Lot 2

iii.      Training of stake holders  – Lot 3

REQUIREMENTS

All bids must be accompanied with the following:

i.        A copy of Certificate of Incorporation with C.A. C together with a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association

ii.       A copy of Tax Clearance for the immediate past 3 years

iii.   A copy of Audited account of the Company for the immediate past 3 years

iv.      Evidence of VAT Registration

v.       Copies of Award letters in respect of similar contract successfully executed.

vi.      Reference letter from reputable bank

vii.     Evidence of relevant affiliation/partnership with renowned manufacturing companies and professional associates (where applicable).

viii.    List of Equipment owned by the company (where applicable)

DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS

Details/specifications of the job are obtainable from the office of the Ag. Director, Corporate Services Department.

The bids documents (pre-qualification) and financial bids (Tendered) are to be submitted in separate envelop. Each of the envelopes should be marked either pre-qualification for Lot 1 or 2 etc or financial bid for Lot 1 or etc. The name and address of the company should be clearly written on the back of the envelop.

All submissions should be appropriately prepared and sent in a sealed Envelop and addressed to:

SUBMISSION DATE: All submission should reach the above later than 5th of August, 2010. Every bidder should ensure that the bid is registered and dropped into tamper proof bid box.

NOTE:

    Uptill now i’ve not heard from them.This is getting to One year now.
